Chemical Peels

Chemical Peels

Our team uses three types of chemical peels, with the choice of peel personalized to your individual needs. Chemical peels are cost-effective alternatives to laser skin resurfacing. Chemical peels drastically improve the skin’s texture and pigmentation and can eliminate fine lines and wrinkles.

Superficial chemical peels

Superficial skin peels are an excellent option for virtually every skin type, skin color and age. They are perfect for patients with very sensitive skin. Superficial chemical peels are in-office procedures that create a visibly smooth texture on your skin with no downtime. When performed regularly, treatments provide noticeable anti-aging results.

Medium-depth chemical peels

Medium-depth chemical peels are a great option for wrinkles and uneven skin pigmentation. When performed regularly and combined with lightening agents, a medium-depth chemical peel can significantly soften your skin’s texture, reduce lines and wrinkles, and improve areas of skin discoloration.

Deep chemical peels

Deep chemical peels are the most effective type of chemical peel to improve your skin and produce long-lasting results. Redness following this peel lasts two or more weeks and gradually fades. A deep chemical peel should only be performed by a medical physician, such as one of our facial plastic surgeons, who is trained specifically in this procedure.
